Experiential Psychedelic Facilitator Training & Practicum
Developed through the clinical foundation of MPB Group Inc (a nationally accredited outpatient mental health organization with more than 20 years of service) this immersive training experience combines psychological depth, experiential learning, trauma-informed facilitation, and supervised retreat immersion in Jamaica.
Our program is designed for therapists, wellness professionals, coaches, healthcare providers, and emerging facilitators seeking grounded, ethical, and emotionally attuned psychedelic training. We cultivate emotionally mature, ethically grounded facilitators capable of responsibly holding transformational experiences.”
Built Upon a Licensed Mental Health Foundation
Unlike many psychedelic training programs operating outside established clinical systems, Healing Escapes was developed alongside the clinical foundation of MPB Group Inc., a USA-based nationally accredited outpatient mental health organization with more than two decades of experience in behavioral healthcare and psychological support.
This foundation informs our emphasis on ethics, emotional safety, trauma-awareness, emotional attunement, preparation, and integration-centered care.

MPB Group Inc and Healing Escapes LLC are owned by Dr Brewer - an entrepreneur of Caribbean descent whose mission and vision has always been on empowerment and transformational change. Dr Brewer has been running MPB Group Inc (a nationally accredited and state licensed outpatient mental health clinic) for over 20 years. The clinic operates in two locations- in Howard and Prince Georges Counties, Maryland, USA . In addition to providing therapy and psychiatric services to over 2000 clients of varying ages, MPB Group Inc also serves as a training/practicum/internship site for graduate level students and newly licensed professionals seeking independent licensure.
In the past few years, Dr Brewer has been researching and exploring the plant-based psychedelic medicine space to curate programs aimed at holistic healing. We are intentional about building collaborative relationships with local Jamaican practitioners, facilitators, and wellness professionals as part of our commitment to cultural respect, reciprocity, and community inclusion.
“My intention has always been to approach this work with integrity, cultural respect, and psychological responsibility. I believe psychedelic healing should be practiced in ways that honor both the human experience and the cultural traditions from which many of these medicines emerged.”
